Cloacal exstrophy

A major birth defect representing the severe end of the spectrum of the exstrophy-epispadias complex (EEC) characterized by omphalocele, exstrophy, imperforate anus and spinal defects (also referred to as the OEIS complex), often associated with other malformations.
