Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called ICanWALK can teach people how to properly use walking aids like crutches, canes, and walkers. About 52 adults who use a walking aid most of the time will be split into two groups: one uses the app, the other gets standard care. Researchers will measure balance, mobility, pain, and falls to see if the app helps people move more safely and confidently.
