First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests if a single dose of ZYNRELEF applied during shoulder replacement surgery can reduce the need for strong painkillers compared to a nerve block with a catheter. About 86 adults having their first shoulder replacement will be randomly assigned to one of the two pain management methods. Researchers will track how much opioid medication each group uses, their pain scores, and satisfaction after surgery.
