Summary

This study follows 200 adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who are prescribed Zymfentra as part of their normal care. Participants answer online surveys about their bowel symptoms over one year. The goal is to see if Zymfentra helps reduce symptoms and improve disease control in real-world settings.
