Summary
This study tested an experimental Zika vaccine called mRNA-1893 in 808 healthy adults aged 18 to 65. The goal was to check safety and see how well the vaccine triggers the immune system to fight the Zika virus. Participants received either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo shot, and researchers monitored side effects and antibody levels.
