First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study observes how well the drug Zepzelca works and how safe it is for people with metastatic small cell lung cancer who have already tried platinum-based chemotherapy. About 300 participants will be followed in real-world clinics, not a lab. The goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear, and to track any side effects.
