Summary
This study follows about 300 people with metastatic small cell lung cancer whose first chemotherapy stopped working. Researchers want to see how well the drug Zepzelca works and what side effects occur when used in everyday medical practice. The main goal is to measure how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
