Summary
This study will track 300 men who receive the Zenflow Spring System, a small device placed in the prostate to ease urination problems caused by BPH. Researchers will measure symptom improvement, how quickly patients return to normal activities, and any side effects over one year. The goal is to see how well the device works in everyday medical practice.
