Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app called Zemedy can improve quality of life for adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Over 450 participants used either Zemedy or a relaxation training app. The goal was to see if the app helps reduce IBS symptoms and related distress.
