Summary
This study compares two medications, zastaprazan and esomeprazole, to see which one better relieves nighttime heartburn in people with erosive GERD. About 160 Korean adults with nighttime heartburn for over 3 months will take one of the drugs and report sleep disturbances. The goal is to find a treatment that helps patients sleep through the night without heartburn.
