Summary

This study tested a new drug called azenosertib combined with two standard cancer drugs (carboplatin and pembrolizumab) in people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors. Only 7 people took part before the study was stopped early.
