New hope for aggressive uterine cancer: drug duo tested

Summary
This study tests a new drug, zanzalintinib, combined with standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) for people with recurrent high-grade uterine or endometrial cancer. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. About 36 adults who have already tried platinum-based therapy are needed.
