New combo therapy hopes to slow sarcoma growth

Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether combining two drugs, zanzalintinib and eribulin, can help control advanced liposarcoma and leiomyosarcoma better than eribulin alone. About 18 adults whose cancer has worsened after prior treatment will receive the combination. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
