First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested a new fixed-dose combination tablet containing two drugs, zanubrutinib and sonrotoclax, in 24 healthy adults. The goal was to see how well the body absorbs the combo pill compared to taking the drugs separately, and whether food changes absorption. Participants took single doses under different conditions, and researchers measured drug levels and safety.
