Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new hormone therapy called Z-Endoxifen in women whose estrogen-positive breast cancer has returned or spread. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand the drug's side effects. Participants take the drug daily in 28-day cycles while researchers monitor their health and tumor response.
