Summary
This study aims to improve a mental health first aid training program for South Asian American adults who support youth. Researchers will first hold focus groups to learn what changes are needed, then update the training and test it with 250 adults. The goal is to see if the adapted training boosts knowledge, confidence, and helpful behaviors around youth mental health.
