Summary

This study adapts the Youth Mental Health First Aid training specifically for South Asian American adults who work with South Asian American youth. Researchers will first gather input from focus groups to tailor the training, then test it with 250 adults to see if it improves their mental health knowledge, confidence, and willingness to help. The goal is to make the training more culturally relevant and effective.
