Summary
This study tested a new way to help addiction treatment clinics use an AI platform that coaches counselors on best practices. Researchers worked with leaders at the state and clinic level to improve how well the AI tool was adopted. The study involved 479 people from state agencies and treatment organizations in Oregon and Indiana. The goal was to see if this leadership strategy could improve the use of evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders.
