Summary
This study tested a 4-week in-person leadership program for young people aged 16-24 who recently left homelessness. 25 participants in Toronto and St. Catharines attended sessions to build confidence and life skills. The goal was to see if the program was helpful and if it improved their sense of purpose and control.
