Summary
This study aimed to see if eating yoghurt daily for 24 weeks could improve how the body handles sugar in people with prediabetes, a condition that often leads to type 2 diabetes. It planned to enroll 60 adults at high risk for diabetes but was terminated early after only 8 people participated. Researchers measured changes in blood sugar, insulin, body weight, and gut bacteria.
