First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether 6 months of weekly Kundalini yoga classes with daily meditation could improve memory and thinking in 81 older adults with mild cognitive impairment, compared to weekly memory training classes with daily homework.
