Summary

This study looks at whether offering yoga or physical therapy at opioid treatment programs can help people with chronic back pain and opioid use disorder feel better and use fewer opioids. About 180 adults will be randomly assigned to 12 weeks of yoga, physical therapy, or their usual care. Researchers will track pain levels and opioid use over 9 months to see which approach works best.
