Summary
This study tested whether a guided meditation called yoga nidra can help people who have experienced trauma and struggle with insomnia and PTSD symptoms. Sixty adults were randomly assigned to a brief or full version of an 8-week online program, or a waitlist. Researchers measured how well people stuck with the program and whether it improved sleep and PTSD symptoms.
