Yoga and mindfulness may boost health in cancer survivors

Summary

This study looks at whether yoga and mindfulness can improve the emotional, social, and physical well-being of people who have survived lung, colon, or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer. Researchers will also check if these practices affect inflammation and gene activity. About 100 adults who finished cancer treatment at least six months ago will take part.
