NCT ID NCT07455929
First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether a yoga-based group program can help outpatients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders feel better. About 60 adults will be randomly assigned to yoga plus usual care, strength training plus usual care, or usual care alone. Researchers will measure stress, symptoms, and well-being over 12 weeks and at a 3-month follow-up to see if the yoga program is feasible and helpful.
