Summary
This study looked at whether yoga can reduce pelvic pain and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. Sixty women who had pelvic pain for at least six months took part. They practiced yoga and reported their pain levels and well-being. The goal was to see if yoga is a helpful addition to standard care.
