Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week online yoga program could reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. Fifty-two women with confirmed endometriosis and moderate to severe pain took part. They were randomly assigned to either yoga or a conventional physical exercise program, and researchers measured changes in pain intensity.
