Summary
This study tested whether a yoga program done at home and in class is practical for breast cancer patients on hormone therapy who have joint pain. 24 women participated, doing yoga poses daily and attending 6 sessions with a physical therapist. The goal was to see if they would stick with it and feel better, with future plans to measure quality of life improvements.
