Yoga at home eases joint pain for breast cancer patients

Summary
This study tested whether a yoga program done at home and in class is practical for breast cancer patients on hormone therapy who have joint pain. 24 women took part, doing daily yoga poses and attending group sessions. The goal was to see if they would stick with the program and if it improved their quality of life.
