Yoga at home: a new hope for easing cancer treatment pain?

NCT ID NCT04001751

Summary

This study tested whether a home-based yoga program is practical and helpful for breast cancer patients experiencing joint pain from hormone therapy. Researchers worked with 24 patients to see if they could regularly do yoga at home after learning from a therapist. The main goal was to check if patients could stick to the program, while also looking at its effects on pain, stress, and overall quality of life.
