Summary

This study explores whether a slow, controlled yoga breathing technique called Ujjayi can improve breathing, lung function, and sleep quality in people with spinal cord injuries. Twenty adults aged 18-60 who use wheelchairs will practice Ujjayi breathing for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in breathing patterns, lung capacity, and sleep before and after the training.
