First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called YntraDose™ for people with pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment involves a one-time injection of a radioactive implant directly into the tumor, given alongside standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to see if the procedure is safe and doable, and to measure its effect on tumor response and quality of life. About 10 participants will be followed for 3 months after the implant.
