Summary
This early study tests a new treatment for pancreatic cancer that cannot be surgically removed. Ten participants will receive a single injection of a radioactive implant directly into their tumor, alongside standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to check if the procedure is safe and feasible, and to see how it affects tumor response and quality of life over three months.
