Summary
This early study tests a new treatment for pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Ten participants will receive a single injection of a radioactive implant directly into their tumor, along with standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink the tumor, while also checking how it affects quality of life and pain.
