Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called YL201, alone or with other cancer treatments, in about 312 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. The study has two parts: first, finding the right dose, then testing that dose in more people with specific cancer types.
