New hope for advanced cancers: first human trial of YL201 begins

Summary
This study tests a new drug, YL201, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, testing how well it works in specific cancer types. About 312 adults will take part in China and the United States.
