Summary
This study looks at whether taking a yerba mate extract can help improve health markers in overweight individuals. About 80 adults aged 40-65 will take either the extract or a placebo daily for 90 days. Researchers will measure changes in weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation to see if the extract offers any benefits.
