NCT ID NCT07561619
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a yeast-based protein supplement can build muscle as effectively as whey protein in healthy adults aged 18-35 who already do resistance training. Over 16 weeks, 72 participants will take either yeast or whey protein while exercising. The main goal is to compare changes in muscle mass. This research may offer a more sustainable protein option for fitness.
