Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called YD0743 in adults with sepsis who have developed severe lung failure (ARDS) and need a breathing machine. The main goal is to see if the drug can shorten the time patients need a ventilator. About 309 ICU patients will receive either YD0743 or a placebo for at least 7 days, and researchers will track their recovery and any side effects.
