Summary

This study tests an injection called XW003 in 140 obese adults with obstructive sleep apnea who do not use a breathing machine (CPAP). The goal is to see if the drug can reduce the number of breathing pauses during sleep and help with weight loss. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for several months, and researchers will monitor safety and effectiveness.
