Summary
This study tests an injection called XW003 in 140 obese adults with obstructive sleep apnea who do not use a breathing machine (CPAP). The goal is to see if the drug reduces breathing pauses during sleep and helps with weight loss. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for several months.
