Summary
This study looks at whether doing the "Xuong tan lac than" exercise for 12 weeks can improve joint flexibility and muscle endurance in healthy adults. Thirty-four volunteers will practice the exercise daily and get their range of motion and muscle endurance tested at several points. The goal is to understand the exercise's effects on physical fitness.
