Summary
This study will test a self-balancing robotic exoskeleton called XoMotion-R in 16 people with spinal cord injury (SCI) who have some movement in their legs. The device allows users to walk hands-free, which may help those who cannot use crutches or walkers. Researchers want to see if it is safe and practical to use during rehab, and whether it improves walking ability and reduces long-term disability.
