Summary
This study is testing a new device called the aXess graft for people with end-stage kidney disease who need hemodialysis but cannot have a standard fistula. The graft creates a connection between an artery and a vein to allow easy access for dialysis. The study will check how safe the graft is and how well it works over time, including how long it stays open and usable.
