Summary
This early-phase study tested a new treatment called WU-CART-007 for people with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma that came back or didn't respond to standard therapy. The treatment uses immune cells from a healthy donor that are specially designed to find and attack cancer cells. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose in 28 participants.
