Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called WTX-124, either alone or combined with pembrolizumab, in 150 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if the drug shrinks tumors. It is for patients whose cancers are advanced or have spread.
