Summary

This early-phase study tests a new nasal vaccine (WSK-IM05) combined with an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab) given before surgery for HPV-positive throat cancer. About 9 participants will receive two cycles of the combination, then undergo surgery, followed by standard treatments and more immunotherapy. The main goals are to check safety and see how well the tumors respond.
