Could a simple wrap bring relief to painful, scaly skin?

Summary
This study looks at whether a special wrap treatment, done by a nurse after a bath, can reduce skin discomfort in people with moderate to very severe hereditary ichthyosis. About 34 adults will receive three wraps over a short period. The main goal is to see if at least a 3-point drop in discomfort (on a 0–10 scale) happens by day 11.
