Can a special wash speed up healing after pilonidal surgery?

Summary
This study looks at the best way to clean wounds during surgery for advanced pilonidal disease. It compares standard saline to a special solution called hypochlorous acid to see which helps wounds close faster. About 72 people having surgery for stage 3 pilonidal disease will take part. The goal is to improve healing and reduce the chance of the disease coming back.
