Summary
This study tests if laser hair removal can stop pilonidal disease from returning in people with darker skin (Fitzpatrick types IV-VI). About 36 participants aged 10-21 will be followed for one year to see if they develop new abscesses or infections. The goal is to find a simple way to reduce repeat flare-ups without surgery.
