Summary
This study is testing a new social skills training program for Veterans with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, or PTSD. The program is designed to help them better understand social cues and build stronger relationships at work. About 20 Veterans will take part in weekly group sessions and practice skills with their employment specialist. The goal is to see if the program is helpful, practical, and improves quality of life and job success.
